Family Therapy
We all know that our family is often the largest contributor to our mental health or lack thereof. Family therapy allows the family as a unit to work together to bring about smoother and more effective functioning. Family therapy can be used as an adjunct to individual therapy: for instance, parents and siblings can come in with a client to have sessions with the therapist, or it can be used completely separately with the therapist only having a relationship with the family as a whole and not it’s individual parts.
Life only changes for the better if we actively change something in our life and that usually starts with the family and the home.
